All homes are equipped with pools that are heated to 86 degrees (at no additional charge) between November 1st and April 30th.

Every home comes equipped with a state- of-the-art Schlage Encode keypad lock allowing guests to seamlessly check in to the house with a unique code and check out by simply hitting the lock symbol on the door
High Speed Internet And Streaming Services
Each of our homes offers incredibly fast upload and download speeds because we know how important it can be to stay connected on vacation. We also offer an array of complimentary streaming so that every night can be a movie night.
Sleeping Accommodations For Up To 10
We understand that flexibility with sleeping arrangements can be important for groups travelling with friends and family and those expecting visitors during their stay. We optimize bed count at each property to allow for the maximum number of overnight guests without sacrificing on functionality.

Founder and CEO of UPTOP Vacation Rentals, LLC
Born and raised in Abington, PA, Adam started his career as a real estate attorney before moving to Sarasota in 2004 and getting into real estate full time as a Broker, investor, and now owner of the fastest growing boutique vacation rental company in Sarasota.
Adam and his wife Erin have 3 sons, Price, Logan and Caden and a family dog, Goose. They live within 10 minutes of all of the rentals they manage and very much enjoy getting to know their guests.
