We take cleanliness very seriously

Prior to your arrival and after housekeeping has cleaned top to bottom, a team member conducts a rigorous 20-point inspection of your home including the following

  1. All floors inspected for cleanliness
  2. Refrigerator and freezer inspected for cleanliness
  3. Dishwasher inspected for leftover dishes
  4. Oven and microwave inspected for cleanliness
  5. Ensure coffee filter is emptied and carafe is clean
  6. Inspect blender for cleanliness
  7. Every bathroom inspected for cleanliness
  8. Verify there are ample bath towels, wash cloths, and beach towels for your stay
  9. Washer/dryer inspected for lint and leftover linens
  10. Each A/C unit in home is inspected for service on arrival day
  11. All hot tubs and pools are inspected for cleanliness on arrival day
  12. Pools are maintained and cleaned by a professional company on a once per week schedule
  13. During pool heater season, heaters are inspected to be in working order on arrival day
  14. Pools filled with water on arrival day to ensure proper function
  15. Grounds and landscaping are maintained by a professional company on a weekly basis
  16. All trash is removed from property prior to arrival
  17. Propane tanks are inspected/replaced to ensure the grill can be used upon arrival
  18. Exterior grills are cleaned on day of arrival
  19. Beach chairs, coolers, are inspected for quality assurance on day of arrival
  20. Each home is stocked with starter supplies for use during your stay including shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish and laundry detergent, trash bags, and coffee/tea
