Welcome to Casita De Floyd, a charming historic 1925 built Spanish revival home in the heart of Arlington Park. This completely remodeled home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, & designer bathrooms all w/in a stone's throw of Arlington Park and just a 10 minute drive from downtown Sarasota & Siesta Key. This quaint casita can easily accommodate groups of 6 but is ideal for groups of 5 or less. We are a pet friendly home with laundry, fully fenced yard, & offer free streaming.

Walk up the Spanish tiled steps to the custom front door with speakeasy window and enter Casita De Floyd. Guests will immediately appreciate how open and bright the space feels thanks to the South facing windows at the front of the house and the surprisingly high ceilings. A dining area off the foyer offers room for 6 guests and a breakfast bar nearby offers seating for an additional 2. The living room shares space with the dining area and has a decorative fireplace with 65" flatscreen above and seating for 8 guests with 2 couches and 2 club chairs. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops. A guest bathroom off the kitchen was recently remodeled to feature a newly tiled shower. The guest bedroom adjacent to the bathroom offers sleeping for up to 4 guests with a twin over full bunk bed and a single bed next to that. There is a full wall of closets in this room as well. Through the kitchen and down the hall you will find a full laundry area with storage above and beyond the laundry area is the Master Bedroom which offers a King size bed, 2 nightstands, a dedicated workspace and a dresser with flat screen TV above. The Master offers 2 walk-in closets and access to the covered lanai. A full bathroom across from the master functions as the en suite as well as the pool bath and features a new butcher block vanity sink and a custom shower/tub combo. Step out onto the lanai from either the hallway or the Master Bedroom to find an elevated porch with seating area, dining area, and a 4-burner BBQ grill. The fully fenced backyard is wide open and will soon offer a Pebble Tec heated pool and spa (coming early Fall 2023)
